Aluminium profile being cut to length on a precision mitre saw

Our Craftsmanship

Precision at Every Stage.

Good aluminium work is the sum of many careful steps. Here is how a typical project comes together.

The journey

From Conversation to Completion.

Every project is different, but the principles stay the same: listen carefully, measure accurately, prepare properly and finish with care.

The stages below describe a typical customer journey. The details of each project are discussed with you individually.

  1. Close-up of slim aluminium sliding door profiles and track beside a pool terrace

    Stage 01

    Understanding the Project

Every project starts with a conversation. We listen to what you want to achieve, look at plans or photographs, and talk through how the space will be used, the look you have in mind and your timeline.

  2. Technician measuring an aluminium frame with a tape measure in a workshop

    Stage 02

    Measurements

Openings are measured carefully on site. Accurate measurements are the foundation of frames that fit well, operate smoothly and look right in the finished building.

  3. Aluminium window and door profiles, rollers and hardware laid out for preparation

    Stage 03

    Material Preparation

Profiles, glass and hardware are selected and prepared for each element, so that everything needed for the job comes together as planned.

  4. Aluminium profile being cut to length on a precision mitre saw

    Stage 04

    Fabrication

Aluminium profiles are cut, prepared and assembled into frames according to the agreed sizes and configurations, with attention to clean joints and consistent detailing.

  5. Installer fitting and adjusting an aluminium sliding door on site

    Stage 05

    Installation

Frames are installed on site, levelled and secured, with care taken to protect your property and work tidily around your home or business.

  6. Technician positioning a glass panel into an aluminium frame in a workshop

    Stage 06

    Finishing

Glass, seals, handles and final adjustments are completed so that each window or door opens, closes and locks as it should.

  7. Team checking an installed aluminium door on site with a tablet

    Stage 07

    Quality Review

Before handover, the work is reviewed together — checking operation, finish and details — so you can enjoy the result with confidence.
